Good morning Finland. We arrive at the Helsinki port on time at 8 a.m.
The temperature has taken a noticeable dip. There are moose crossing warning signs everywhere. Our planned fuel stop in the Finnish town of Kokta turned out to be a thing of impossibility because of a missing natural gas fill-up card. As we reach the Russian border we meet up with a Russian named Oleg that happens to live in Germany. He helps us out with the exceedingly complicated border crossing procedures. In spite of his help, it still takes about half the day before can finally continue out journey on to Moscow around noon....
